Obituary for Philip J. O'Malley

AUBURN- Philip J. O’ Malley, 74, of Auburn died Monday, January 5, 2015 in his home after an illness.

He leaves his best friend and wife of 25 years, Patricia I. (Bullock) O’Malley; his four children, Alan O’Malley of Glen Rock, PA, Joanne
LaFleche of Charlton, Deborah Antwi of Webster, and Carol Huard of Oxford; eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren; and the mother of his children, Priscilla A. Magnan of Charlton. He was predeceased by two brothers, James and Robert O’Malley.

Phil was born and raised in Clinton, son of the late James and Jeanne (LaPlante) O’Malley. He graduated from Clinton High School and then entered the service where he served honorably with the Unites States Army.

Phil had worked for the Polar Corporation in Worcester as a Truck Driver for 49 years before he retired in 2007. Phil enjoyed being the family photographer and loved his model trains that he has collected through the years.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and will be missed by so many.

At Phil’s request funeral services will be private. Memorial contributions can be made to VNA Care Network and Hospice, 120 Thomas St, Worcester, MA 01608.
