AUBURN- Mary H. Boudreau, 100, longtime Auburn resident died Monday June 6, 2016 surrounded by her loving family in the Life Care Center of Auburn.

Her husband of 72 years, Fire Chief (Ret) John J. Boudreau died 2010. She leaves a daughter, Donna M. Londergan of Rochdale; a granddaughter, Tara M. Felicetti and her husband, Joseph of Sandwich; two great grandchildren, Catherine and Sophia Felicetti of Sandwich; also survived by several nieces and nephews and many close friends. She was predeceased by her son-in-law, Vincent “Bud” Londergan; a brother, John and four sisters, Ruth Logan, Margaret Nagy, Helen Bernadino and Christine Michaud.

Mary was born and raised in Worcester, daughter of the late Jeremiah and Cora H. (Nuttall) Scully. She graduated from Commerce High School. Mary then met the love of her life while roller skating, John Boudreau and they married in 1938. They started their married life together in the Town of Auburn; a town they both loved dearly and where they raised their only daughter Donna.

She spent her working life in the field of hospitality, working at many restaurants and country clubs throughout the Worcester area. Mary enjoyed spending her summers for over twenty five years as the manager of the snack bar at Sea View Playland in Dennis Port, MA before she retired.

Mary was a member of Saint Joseph’s Church in Auburn

The Boudreau family wishes to thank the Auburn Life Care Center and the
nurses of Hospice for all the compassionate care that was given to Mary and her family.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Mary’s family on Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 2-5 PM in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn. Her funeral will be from the funeral home on Monday, June 13, 2016 with a funeral Mass at 11 AM in Saint Joseph’s Church, 189 Oxford Street North. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Auburn. Donations in Mary’s memory can be made to the Patient’s Activity Fund at the Auburn Life Care Center, 14 Masonic Circle, Auburn, MA 01501.
