Obituary for Nikolaos V. Rallis

Nikolaos V. Rallis
AUBURN- Nicholas (Nikolaos) V. Rallis, of Auburn, Massachusetts, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 surrounded by his family.

Nicholas’s beloved wife of 51 years, Anna Rallis, predeceased him in 2015, and his cherished oldest son, William Rallis, predeceased him in 2001. He is survived by his devoted daughter Diane Rallis of Auburn; his loving son, John Rallis and his wife, Erini Rallis of Sutton; adored grandchildren, Anna and William Rallis; and his daughter-in-law Motoko K. Nicholas was born in Amaliada, Greece on November 7, 1934, the son of Vasilios and Dionysia Rallis and one of seven siblings. Subsequently, they operated John’s House of Pizza, serving the Millbury community for over 30 years.

Nicholas loved his family above all and worked hard for them all his life. He was a craftsman and the epitome of what a great father should be, leading by example and passing on his love of the outdoors and music to his adoring family. He was strong and kind and those that knew him will never forget his warmth and good nature. He will be forever missed.
