Condolence: Victoria was my best friend for 24 years. She was more like a sister. Victoria always said that she and I were Kindred Spirits. I am not sure how I am going to live in this world without her! As much as I loved Victoria I have also loved her family just as much. My heart breaks for you Sandra, Pete and Kathy. Our beautiful Victoria will always be in our hearts and in our memories.

Condolence: I'm so sorry, Sandra, for the loss of your daughter, Vickie, and only a year or so since the loss of your husband, David. Though I did not know your children, I always enjoyed our conversations about them while you were outside tending to your flowers on Grafton St. You moved away and I do miss seeing you and talking to you. May the love and grace of God keep you and your family in his loving arms during your difficult grief process.

Condolence: My condolences to the Nourse family. I am saddened to hear of the loss of Vickie. Memories of Vickie as a young girl playing outside and swimming in the pool will always be with me. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Condolence: We are so sorry Vickie's life ended much too soon. We will remember how her face lit up when she was talking about the family kitties or other animals, or how much joy she obviously felt when caring for and playing with children, such as Charlotte and Daniel. We were always pleased when she and Sandra and David joined in on family get-togethers, such as Thanksgiving at Karen and Arch's in So. Hamilton and our annual Swedish smorgasbord in Connecticut. While Vickie will be missed, we also know that her struggles are over and she is now at peace. We send our love and deep sympathy to Sandra and Peter and Kathy.

And when it happens, the thought of never again being able to talk to, laugh with, or hold your loved one can be most difficult to bear. But please know that your Heavenly Father understands your pain. He, too, felt pain when his only begotten son died. And just like he raised his son, Jesus Christ, to life, he promised to do the same for our dead loved ones. Hosea 13:14 says, "From the power of the Grave I will redeem them;From death I will recover them. Where are your stings, O Death? Where is your destructiveness, O Grave? Compassion will be concealed from my eyes."
