Obituary for Denise E. McInnes (Miller)
Denise E. (Miller) McInnes, 64, of Worcester died Tuesday June 13, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
Denise was born and raised in Worcester. She graduated from Holy Name Catholic High School in 1971 and later from Salter College. She had worked at Whitney Place in Westborough for the past eight years as a billing clerk in the accounting office.
She leaves behind her husband of 40 years, Michael McInnes; two children, Erin Sheridan and her husband Brian of Auburn and U.S. Army Specialist Daniel McInnes of Worcester; her mother, Bernadette (Jolicoeur) Miller and the late Gerard Miller of Worcester; two brothers, Paul Miller of Northampton and Richard Miller and his wife, Denise of Goodview, VA; two sisters, Mary Belton and her husband Stephen of Delray Beach, FL and Michelle Loiselle and her husband David of Worcester; also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and grand-puppies.
Denise enjoyed reading, traveling whenever she was able, going to musical theater productions, shopping and always made time for her manicures and pedicures with her daughter Erin. She also loved the family pets, Piper and Jethro.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Denise’s family on Friday June 16, 2017 from 5-8 pm in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn. A funeral service celebrating her life will be on Saturday June 17, 2017 at 9:30 am in Saint Thomas Episcopal Church, 35 School Street, Auburn. Burial will follow in Saint John’s Cemetery, Worcester.
