From 1959-1960, Tom served his country proudly with the Counter Intelligence Corp of the United States Army in Germany.

Some of Tom’s happiest moments were spent in celebration of his children and grandchildren’s milestones. He especially enjoyed family vacations on Cape Cod and the Outer Banks. He was an avid runner, bird watcher, reader, crossword puzzle solver and trivia lover.
