Jeanette C.  Glowik
Jeanette C. (Karpuk) Glowik, 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 25, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

Jeanette, the daughter of the late Michael and Catherine (Gladys) Karpuk, was born in Worcester. She graduated from Commerce High School.

She had been employed for several years at the New England Teamsters Local #170 Federal Credit Union in Worcester before she retired.

Jeanette enjoyed travelling, the warmth of Aruba and the beauty of the ocean, all of which inspired her to draw, paint and read. Jeanette was an accomplished artist.

Jeanette was predeceased by her loving husband of 62 years, John P. Glowik, Sr. and infant son, Ricky. Jeanette leaves behind her loving children, John P. Glowik, Jr. and his wife, Donna Barry Glowik of Shrewsbury, Linda J. Blais and her husband, Rene of Paxton and Joyce A. Stewart and her husband, Freddie of Holden; five grandchildren, Jennifer, John P. III, Rory, Lindsay and Courteney; three great grandchildren, Lilly, Ella and Taylor; a brother, John Karpuk and his wife, Jean, of Northborough and several nieces and nephews, including Pamela Barney and Scott Karpuk.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Jeanette's family on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 10:00 am-11:00 am in Saint Joseph's Church, 189 Oxford Street North, Auburn followed by a funeral Mass celebrating her life at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Worcester Art Museum, Attn: Development, 55 Salisbury Street, Worcester, MA 01609. BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERLA HOME, 91 Central St, Auburn is directing arrangements for the Glowik family.
