I had the great opportunity to work with Frank at Downing Street Elementary School many years ago. He was generous and fund loving man. Frank always spoke fondly of his family. He was wonderful with the students and encouraged them to be

Condolence: with great sorrow, today I send my deep condolences, on the passing of Francis Sepuka. (mr Sepuka). HE was my 7th grade teacher, @ East Kendal st school. When in 1967 I came to the USA, from Italy. he took me "under his wing" for that year and a number of years after that we kept in touch. he has had a big impact in my life.my sons Know about him. I can not make the services due to health reasons. He is in my thoughts & prayers. May his next Journey be has great and Impactful as this one. Great man.
