Arthur Zoto, 59, of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 21, 2012 following many years of health complications.

He leaves his beloved wife of 35 years, Irene (Christoforou) Zoto; his only loving son, Christopher Zoto of Worcester; his father, Angelo Zoto of Hyannis; his brother, Michael Zoto and his son Daniel of Hyannis; his father-in-law, Kypros Christoforou of Worcester; his 2 brothers-in-law, Christopher Christoforou and his wife Anastasia of Worcester, and Peter Christoforou and his wife Donna of Salem, MA; his aunt Anastasia Zoto of Worcester, as well as several cousins here and in Greece. He was born in Constantinople, Turkey, a son of the late Hnsoula (Tsalikis) Zoto, and was moved to Worcester as a young boy. He was educated in Worcester schools. Prior to his illness, Arthur worked for several companies in Worcester and Framingham. Arthur had a heart of gold, and loved his family dearly. He was especially proud of his son Chris, and supported Chris’ studies to earn his doctorate in Chemistry. “Arthur, even though you were taken away from us by your horrible illness so many years ago, you were never taken away from hearts. Your continuous love will always be guiding us. We will greatly miss you..Irene and Christopher”

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Arthur’s family on SATURDAY, May 26th from 9-10 AM in the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central Street, Auburn. His funeral will follow with a service at 11 AM in Saint Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
