WORCESTER/PALM COAST, FL- Nancy Lee (Smith) Kaye, 69, of Palm Coast, Florida, formerly of Worcester died Tuesday, April 5, 2016 in Florida with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Henry and Antoinette (Young) Smith. She graduated from Westborough High School in 1964 and then attended the University of Rhode Island.

Nancy had worked for over 15 years as an Insurance Adjuster for Unum Provident Insurance before she retired.

She loved being surrounded by her family and enjoyed all the family holidays and birthday parties. She would never miss an opportunity to go to the beach and was a true New England Patriots and Red Sox fan.

She leaves her children, Alan Q. Wells, Jr., of Palm Coast, Florida, Matthew J. Kaye and his wife, Sarah of Auburn and Jennifer L. O’Brien and her husband, William of Auburn; three grandchildren, Abigayle and Madelynne Kaye and Mary L. O’Brien all of Auburn.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Nancy’s family on Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 PM in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn. Her funeral will be on Monday, April 11, 2016 from the funeral home with a funeral Mass at 10 AM in North American Martyrs Church, 8 Wyoma Drive, Auburn. Burial will follow in St. Luke’s cemetery, Westborough. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
