AUBURN- Doris A. (Boucher) Hill, 97, longtime auburn resident died Friday, February 3, 2017 in Brookside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Webster.

Her husband Edmund W. Hill, Sr. died in 1994. She leaves a son Edmund W. Hill, Jr. of Webster, a daughter Judith A. Booth of Fiskdale, a sister Rita “Flo” Austin of Sturbridge, 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandson. She was pre-deceased by a daughter Nancy M. Berthiaume.

Doris was born in St. Armand, Quebec, Canada, daughter of Joseph and Jennie (Marchand) Boucher. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Parish. She enjoyed dancing, playing musical instruments including the piano and making new friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Brookside Rehabilitation and Healthcare for their exceptional and compassionate care.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Doris’s family on Friday, February 10, 2017 from 9:45-10:30 AM in BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn followed by a funeral Mass celebrated at 11:00 AM in St. Joseph’s Church, 189 Oxford Street North, Auburn. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
