Obituary for Diane S. Souza

Diane S.  Souza
- Diane S. (Rabidou) Souza, 74 of Oxford died Friday, February 10th 2017 surrounded by her family at Lanessa Extended Care Center in Webster after a long illness.

She was born and raised in Worcester daughter of the late George O. and Noella Y. (Morin) Rabidou. Diane graduated from South High School.

Diane had worked for JM Realty Management Company in Worcester as a Rental Agent at Park Plaza for several years before she retired in 2006. Previously she was a waitress for many years at Ken Chin’s Chinese Restaurant and the White House Restaurant both in Worcester.

She leaves her loving children, Donna M. Rusack and her husband Steven of Oxford, Laurie A. McComas and her husband Gary of N. Brookfield, Kenneth G. Souza of Worcester and David G. Souza of Oxford, eleven grandchildren, Matthew, Danielle, Eric, Angela, Briann, Alexa, Jordyn, Rylee, Ryan, Zac and Emily; nine great grandchildren, Brandon, Aiden. Eric, Jr., Logan, Aubree, Audriana, Ethan, Camden, and Mason; two brothers, George O. Rabidou and his wife, Christine of Southbridge and Michael and his wife Sue of Oxford; also survived by several nieces and nephews and a sister-in-law, Paula Rabidou of Worcester. She was predeceased by a brother, James Rabidou.

Diane enjoyed long walks on the beach, watching her favorite team the Patriots play and spending quality time with her family.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Diane’s family on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 4-7 PM in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central St, Auburn. Her funeral will on Friday, February 17, 2017 with a funeral Mass celebrated at 11 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street, Worcester. Burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
