The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. On behalf of the CSI College of Fellows and the COF Region Ambassadors, we were saddened to hear of Ted's passing, and wish to express our condolences to the family. Ted was an inspiration to all those he came in contact with and a dedicated supporter of CSI. He will be missed. Although he never bestowed a pair of Argyle socks on me, I will smile and think of him whenever I see a pair.
