The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Ted will be sorry missed. I knew Ted from regional meetings of CSI. He combined seriousness & high intelligence with a side order of silliness. I had the privilage of delivering a report for Ted at one meeting when he had to be in an executive session. I got to wear the HAIR! I learned the value of even serious meetings should have some fun. I am sure God needs some designs for new gates & needed Ted's services.
