My condolences to Charlie and the Paladino family. Debbie, my friend and mentor, has been a neighbor for many years. We had daily visits and conversations at the mailbox or at the cul-de-sac. We worshipped and attended the women's circle together. When the circle needed an auctioneer, Debbie, a relative newcomer, volunteered. She excelled; the job was hers the following year. With Charlie, Debbie has left our neighborhood a far more beautiful place. There is now a lovely garden in the cul-de-sac. Behind their building and on the side of a neighboring building are stone pathways, stonework and plantings of bushes and flowers. A testament to their horticultural skills and generosity! I was blessed to have had Debbie's friendship. Her passing has left a void in my heart and life. Marilyn Hildick
