The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. We are saddened to hear of Vicky's passing. She was a wonderful person. We have known her over the years though St. Joseph's Church. Always happy and always asking about our children who she saw grow up from toddlers to young adults. Thoughts and prayers to her family and we're sure Frank welcomed her with open arms.
