Obituary for Michael P. "Mike" Lavallee Jr.

A beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend, Michael “Mikey” P. Lavallee, Jr., left this world unexpectedly, at the age of 42, on Thursday, February 11, 2021.

He leaves his loving parents, Michael P. Lavallee, Sr. and Sharon (Gallant) Lavallee, of Spencer; and Terry (Silberstein) LaPointe and her husband, Charles of Webster; his sisters, Heather (Lavallee) Rivera and her husband Javier, of Spencer, Misty Lavallee and her fiancé Brian Gilfoy, of Webster, and Rebecca Lavallee and her husband Felix Perez, of Webster; his brother, Bruce Silberstein and his wife Stayce, of Lewis Center, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Destiny, Dayna, Katianna, Janessa, Santaiza, Justina, Isabella, Javier Jr., Naleigh, Jacob, Brady, and Sophia.

Born in Worcester and raised in Sutton, Mike was a graduate of Sutton High School. He held various positions throughout the years, but most recently was working as a CDL driver for Atlas Distributors. “Mikey,” as he was lovingly known to his pub family, enjoyed working part-time as a bartender for several local bars, including Herbie’s Pub, Breen’s Café, and Marty’s Pub, all in Worcester. He was a people person, through and through, always the extrovert. Mike loved fishing, travelling, and rooting for the Red Sox and Patriots.

A celebration of Michael’s life will be held later this year when it will be safe to gather together. In the meantime, please remember Michael’s infectious smile and his love of life.
