Dear Edna, Bill and Patty, we were so sorry to hear of Lowell's passing. He was one of the nicest people we new and the best neighbor any one could ask for. Overlook will not be the same without him. We wish you peace in this time of grief, and hope the wonderful memories you have of Lowell will help you all through this difficult time.
