Iveta meant so much to me and to so many others. Her passing came much too soon, but her will to live, passion for life, and "never give up" attitude is a lesson that will be passed on to all of her students. When I became ill and had to quit competitive figure skating, whenever I saw Iveta, she always said that I would become healthy and would be able to return to skating. Having someone believe in me and encourage me to keep fighting that much meant a lot; I only wish that we both could have become well and returned to the ice. I would like to make sure that Iveta's family knows the amount of respect and love all of her students had for her and how much she will be missed. She will never be forgotten.
