Our heartfelt condolences go out to Frank's family. He was an outstanding neighbor on E. Central St. so many years ago. We have such wonderful memories of playing together as children. Those after supper baseball games in the Mt Carmel field were legendary. Frank was always the best player! Our prayers will be with you at this time. Carmella and Paul D'Ambra
